Tennessee Shakespeare Company Flyering for TN Shakespeare Co's Annual Gala and Summer Camps
Memphis Area Businesses

Volunteer to help us spread word of our NEW summer camps at Tennessee Shakespeare Company. We have a list of the "funnest" and most family-friendly places in Memphis, so enjoy a day out with your children, while helping out TSC! Please contact Cara McHugh with your availability and interest at caramchugh@tnshakespeare.org.

TSC is also in need of volunteers to place flyers for our Seventh Annual Gala featuring a performance from Broadway's Aaron Lazar! We are specifically looking to place flyers in the Germantown/Collierville/East Memphis areas. Volunteers who commit to placing at least 20 posters for our Gala, Summer Camps, or a combination of the two events will receive two complimentary tickets to TSC's production of HENRY V for their service. We are happy to provide lists of coffee shops, delis, restaurants, and other businesses that have posted flyers for us previously to assist the effort. Please contact Company Manager Olivia Warfield at oliviawarfield@tnshakespeare.org or call (901) 759-0620 to sign up today!

Tennessee Shakespeare Company TN Shakespeare Co's Seventh Annual Gala
3092 Village Shops Drive

Spring is almost here, and for TSC, that means that it is almost time for our Seventh Annual Gala at GPAC on April 8 - a departure from our Valentine's tradition. All the proceeds from our Gala directly support our Education Program, the biggest component of which is our nationally-acclaimed Romeo and Juliet Project. Your time and assistance with this event ensures that TSC's Project and other educational offerings remain happy and healthy year-round!

We have two distinct needs: 1) If you are unable to help at any time on the day of the event itself, you can help us any day of the week leading up to the Gala! Time slots are available to assist with preparation work (preparing name tags, goodies for guests, etc.) in our office (3092 Village Shops Drive, Germantown, TN 38138). These times are highly flexible and can be adjusted to your individual schedule.

2) We will need volunteers throughout the morning, afternoon, and evening of the Gala on April 8. There are a variety of tasks to be done - load-in/transportation, general set up (dressing rooms, lobby area, theatre, etc.), merchandise sales, assisting with the live auction, and more. Times remain flexible for volunteering at the event, but it would be most helpful to have dedicated volunteers on April 8 within the predeteremined time slots of 9a - 1p, 1p - 4p, 4p - 8p, 8p - 11p.

Please contact Olivia Warfield (oliviawarfield@tnshakespeare.org) to sign up.
